Utopian was indeed a great project, but I don't think it was sold. The founder claimed he will be back on the blockchain. However, it been several months. It would be really great to see a concept like Utopian on Hive. I have been working on a quite similar concept, but you know how it works without huge power to reward the people. I have a community here on Hive- /trending/hive-103590 and I built this simple UI to show what we do, https://gitplait.tech/ it seems pretty static, but I plan to build it to a well functioning system when the community is pretty active on Hive. Personally, I don't want to run cost on a system that won't fund itself.
