Today I want to talk about our attachment to churches 🙄 The reason why some persons won't grow is because of their attachment to some certain church, mind you I'm not saying these churches aren't good enough or they aren't growing grounds for people, no they're but some persons won't grow there that's the truth.
Not all Pastor's are meant to pastor some certain individuals you know that one for sure.
More like there are some persons you can't learn from and be perfectly good in a skill, but they're some persons who you get to meet and you become so excellent in that your skill after undergoing some trainings with them so it is with churches, I hope you get my point now😊
Not all churches are breeding ground for some certain persons, if you desire to grow spiritually they're some churches you need to leave, if you desire to know the depth of the Word of God, they're some persons you need to follow or listen to their messages.
Some of us are in churches not because they feed our spirit spiritually but because we have a special attachment to the Pastor's, or because we hold some certain positions in the church, or because the church is a very popular church and we love to be identified with it lol, sounds funny right but this is the truth😂
There's one popular saying by a Pastor in PH, "if church doesn't change you change church" 😂 If you've been worshipping in a certain denomination for a while now and you haven't experienced growth in your spiritual life, or you're complacent about the things of God, I tell you for fact it's high time you leave and go to some other church 😒
Are you scared right now what people will say? Or is it because of the relationship you already built with members of your church?
Or the nice relationship you have with your Pastor's in your church, or is it because this church has been your family's church right from the days of your great grand parents 🙄 I have these question for you, will you rather stay there and still remain spiritually incapacitated or move to where you're groomed and you become conscious of what you carry inside of you as a Christian, or would you rather remain there and bear the title Christian without experiencing what it feels like to be a Christian.
Tomorrow is Sunday you can start making your decisions tonight are you still visiting there tomorrow or you're trying a new place 🙂
