The living conditions of this fish indicate just how fresh and healthy the waters are around, its love a clean state with enough oxygen to survive. The fish's main feature is that it has a wide tail with a blend of colors with gold yellow and other items. 
If the tail is unfurled to resemble a large shawl, it is intended to appeal to the opposite sex. While the female of the fish has no attractive features, there is little variation in color, it is easy to tell the difference between male and female.
