Hello hive! My name is Wealth Efe Celestine but you can just call me wealth that’s easy tho I’ve an easier one maybe but that’s informal so would come up later. I’m proudly a Nigerian, born in Lagos City and also a graduate from the University of Benin where I studied Arts and Foreign Languages. For a lifetime I’ve been searching for a community like this that actively supports and promotes creatives so I’m excited more than glad to be an active part of this community. Special thanks to for informing me about this platform.
Here’s a more recent me lol
I can’t really remember how this story began but for sure I was born with stories and to write some more. During my childhood days I fell in love with drawing I started by tracing out animals, with time I improved and somehow got familiar with shading techniques that makes it look a bit better. Time flew, years passed and I got introduced to water colours so then I would draw out outlines, color them and write a story on the other side of the book to compliment the drawing.
During my early teenage days I started developing interest in music, I never did much of singing but I had my focus on instrumentation because I felt that was the foundation. I was a drummer in my local church for years and also associated with other drummers within my reach, with time I got to learn a few things about the piano and bass guitar years after, so then I started wearing more creative hats than I had from day one lol
During my late teenage years my life was fully engrossed with music and arts. I started making good looking portraits and not just the regular drawings and on the other side of the coin I became a better r&b drummer tho I played other genres too. Luckily I’ve a few pictures of my works at this phase
Between 2020 & 2021 I mastered the art of hyper realism. Drawing became fine tuned and more human like, on the other side too my music life grew just as my art did and I started singing too but just for fun. Those years were very significant in my life career wise also because I added one more creative hat being a foreign language student in the university and I had an opportunity to be interviewed on a national TV show as a young creative.
Here’s a few shots of what my hyper realism looked like
Over time I have always loved to express myself through a pencil sketch, beats or a melody and now after passing through the studies of arts and humanities I see creativity as the language that connects people beyond borders, so I’m here to connect, share and grow with every other creative.
Thank y’all for having me.
I’d be glad to feast on the breasts of your ideas just like a new born baby
