MI nombre es Alexander Rivas, la gran mayoría de las personas que me conocen me dicen Xande!!. Venezolano, actualmente vivo en un pueblo hermoso lleno de historia conocido por la primera fortaleza construida por los españoles en Venezuela y la segunda más grande de latinoamerica (Santiago de Arrollo de Araya), y por sus hermosas playas. Además tiene la laguna madre de sal más importante del país. Tiene por nombre Araya, está ubicado en la región nororiental del país en el Estado Sucre.

My name is Alexander Rivas, the vast majority of people who know me call me Xande!! Venezuelan, I currently live in a beautiful town full of history known for the first fortress built by the Spanish in Venezuela and the second largest in Latin America (Santiago de Arrollo de Araya), and for its beautiful beaches. It also has the most important mother salt lagoon in the country. Its name is Araya, it is located in the northeastern region of the country in the State of Sucre.

Un poco sobre mi

Nací el 3 de octubre de 1986 en la ciudad de caracas y la gran parte de mi crianza fue en la población de Araya, Estado Sucre Venezuela. Soy hijo de padres Venezolanos. Desde muy temprana edad me identifiqué con el arte, sobre todo con la música y el deporte. El primer deporte que practiqué fue el fútbol, a los 12 años comencé a jugar en equipos locales infantiles, a los 17 ingresé en las menores de mineros de Guayana , equipo profesional del fútbol venezolano primera división.

I was born on October 3, 1986 in the city of Caracas and most of my upbringing was in the town of Araya, Sucre Venezuela State. I am the son of Venezuelan parents. From an early age I identified myself with art, especially with music and sports. The first sport I practiced was soccer, at the age of 12 I started playing in local children's teams, at 17 I joined the Guayana miners' minors, a professional Venezuelan soccer team in the first division.

En la música me inicié a la edad de 10 años de manera empírica. A los 16 años comencé a estudiar música en la escuela que tiene por nombre "el arte de cantar" en la ciudad de Caracas. MI vida transcurría entre los estudios académicos y estudios musicales. En los encuentros con amistades que eran muy constantes, solía tocar la guitarra amenizando con canciones los instantes compartidos. Me reunía con otros músicos y ponía en práctica lo aprendido de las clases. Con el tiempo comencé a practicar armonía vocal (polifonía), con un grupo de amigos ejecutábamos voces acapella de canciones conocidas como: yo te voy a amar de la agrupación vocal estadounidense Ncync, también de Boys II men, y de agrupaciones venezolanas como: A punto 5, voz veís entre otras.

In music I started at the age of 10 empirically. At the age of 16 I began to study music at the school called "the art of singing" in the city of Caracas.
My life was spent between academic studies and musical studies. In meetings with friends who were very constant, he used to play the guitar, enlivening the shared moments with songs. I met with other musicians and put into practice what I learned from the classes. Over time I began to practice vocal harmony (polyphony), with a group of friends we performed acapella voices of well-known songs such as: I'm going to love you by the American vocal group Ncync, also by Boys II men, and by Venezuelan groups such as: A point 5, voice saw among others.

De los encuentros e intercambios culturales surgió la oportunidad de formar parte de agrupaciones musicales del género balada pop. De igual manera en agrupaciones de música urbana. Recuerdo anécdotas a la hora de grabar un tema por todos los problemas que tuvimos que pasar por no tener conocimiento de producción musical y mucho menos en el uso de programas. Eso me inclinó a comenzar estudios entorno a la producción musical. Hoy en día produzco mi propia música y le produzco a otros artistas.

From the meetings and cultural exchanges arose the opportunity to be part of musical groups of the pop ballad genre. Similarly in urban music groups. I remember anecdotes when recording a song because of all the problems we had to go through because we didn't have knowledge of music production, much less in the use of programs. That inclined me to start studies around music production. Today I produce my own music and I produce for other artists.

He participado en programas de televisión en distintos canales de Venezuela, como "Portadas" en el canal "Venevisión" y "Vitrina" en el canal "Televen". Fue una experiencia maravillosa, apenas hace dos años que estuve en mi ciudad natal con un proyecto musical que al sol de hoy sigue siendo mi objetivo.

I have participated in television programs on different channels in Venezuela, such as "Portadas" on the "Venevisión" channel and "Vitrina" on the "Televen" channel. It was a wonderful experience, just two years ago I was in my hometown with a musical project that to this day is still my goal.
