I agree with voting down accounts designed to create market confusion.

The problem gets dicey when place names are involved. London is a city with 9 million people. As the capital of the UK it is a place of general interest. As a place name it is pretty much a generic term.

The terms STEEM and HIVE are also generic. One would expect multiple Hive accounts touting London. I would say the more the merrier.

I would not downvote him simply for the name.

This one has me scratching my head. The guy did create a dblog.org about London. So he might be legit.

What is really strange is that the site links to https://twitter.com/steemlondon

https://twitter.com/steemlondon links back to your account.

This final piece is very suspicious. If that is your Twitter account, then it appears that the guy is trying to steal your identity.
