El Valle de Huanglong (conocido también como el Valle del Dragón Amarillo) se ubica al sur de las montañas de Minchan, cerca del río Fujiang, al noreste de Sichuan, China. El Valle posee una rica biodiversidad debido a sus bosques de coníferas, abedules. En total se tiene conocimiento de 101 especies de plantas que sirven de refugio a más de 60 especies de animales y más de 50 especies de aves; entre ellos destacan el Panda Rojo, el Mono de Nariz Chata, el Oso del Himalaya y el Faisán Chino.
