community, where we can share with the world the different natural ecosystems and the diversity that exists not only in the country (Venezuela 🇻🇪) but also within the same place, showing how they can vary even within the same ecosystem.
An example of what I'm trying to explain in my post is the following: near the house, there's a small forest, which, since we live in a tropical climate, we'll call that. As we begin our walk, you can see the pipes that carry water to our house. I followed my dad, who accompanied me all the way to what would be the main water tank where the water that flows down from a stream much higher up is stored. So, without hesitation, we continued on to show and share the best that nature provides.
As I climbed, I took several photos of the flora present there, especially the Copei trees, which are relatively young. A few years ago, a fire destroyed many of the older trees. Visiting them used to feel like stepping back in time because no sunlight penetrated from any direction; the trees blocked everything. But after that incident, new plants were planted, though they still have a long way to go before they can reach their former glory.
We continued on, and as we went, it seemed to clear up a bit. Indeed, there was a space in the forest, a kind of natural lookout point, where we could observe a different ecosystem than the one we had been seeing just a few meters away. It brought back memories of my childhood when we would gather the dry reeds that grow on this plant to make our kites (perhaps I'll show you how to make them later) and have fun flying them.
I also took several photos of the other mountains with which nature blesses us. As you can see, they are even larger than where I was standing, but I hope to visit them another time. Of course, for that, I'll need to be a bit more prepared regarding what to bring in case of an emergency.
My dad continued along the path; I had practically lost him, so I had to call him to wait for me. In a few minutes, we entered another forest within the same ecosystem. Just a few steps away, the stream originates, specifically within these rocks. At the same time, as in the area before, there are also a large number of Copei plants. You'll notice how their roots protrude above the surface, and in cases like the ones you see, they help other plants grow—in this case, parasitic ones.
After that, we descended a different path, one we had taken on the way up. There, we encountered almost identical flora to the previous route, with the only difference being the presence of fallen trees along the way. After carefully navigating these small obstacles, we reached the mouth of another stream that supplies water to the farmers of a nearby town. My father removed any leaves that might be obstructing the flow of water, and we continued our journey.
A few meters further on, my father noticed a broken section of pipe. Since he usually carries tools in his bag, he repaired it, preventing the loss of a significant amount of water. This is undoubtedly a task that almost no one knows about, but my father performs it anonymously. Although, I don't know if you remember the pipes I showed you earlier; I think we'll have to use some of them, as these are already at their lowest point.
We continued on and found the tank where the water arrives for the farmers. Without a doubt, a good amount is still arriving, even though the rains have been scarce in recent months. We are truly blessed.
Now I'll show you some photos of the fruit plants I was able to photograph. The ones that caught my attention the most were the pineapples; some of them already have fruit. There are also others, like icacos, coconuts, and mangoes. I couldn't tell you how they grow there, but it's incredible to find them in a place where they don't receive the necessary care. I'm also grateful that we didn't encounter any venomous animals along the way, since they are the dominant species in this type of ecosystem.

Desde hace algún tiempo quería participar aquí con todos ustedes en la comunidad
Una prueba de lo qué estoy tratando de explicar en mí publicación es lo siguiente; cerca de la casa hay un pequeño bosque qué cómo vivimos en un clima tropical lo denominaremos de esa forma al empezar nuestro camino se pueden observar los tubos qué llevan el agua a nuestra casa así seguí a mí papá quién me acompañó por todo el camino hasta llegar a lo que sería la tanquilla de registro principal dónde se almacena el agua qué baja desde un riachuelo qué se encuentra mucho más arriba de dónde estábamos así que sin dudarlo seguimos adelante para mostrar y compartir lo mejor qué la naturaleza nos proporciona.
Al subir tomé varias fotografías de la flora qué allí hace presencia sobre todo plantas de Copei las cuáles son relativamente jóvenes ya que hace unos años atrás hubo un incendio qué destruyó gran parte de los árboles más viejos que estaban dónde al visitarlos uno parecía perderse en el tiempo debido a qué no entraba ningún rayo de Sol por ningún lado ya qué ellos (árboles) tapaban todo, pero bueno ya después de ese inconveniente qué ocurrió se sembraron plantas qué todavía les falta mucho por crecer para intentar ser lo que fué en un tiempo.
Seguimos y a medida que continuamos parecía aclarar un poco y en efecto había un espacio en el bosque cómo especie de un mirador natural dónde se podía observar otro tipo de ecosistema distinto al qué estábamos observando hace unos pocos metros sobre todo me traen recuerdos de mí niñez cuando agarrabamos la caña seca qué crece en esta planta para realizar nuestros papagayos (quizás más adelante les muestre la forma de hacerlos) y divertirnos volandolos.
También tomé varias fotos de las otras montañas con las cuales la naturaleza nos bendice cómo pueden ver esas son aún más grandes qué dónde me encontraba pero espero visitar en otra ocasión pero claro ya para eso hay que ser un poco más profesional en cuanto a lo que debo llevar en caso de alguna eventualidad.
Siguiendo mí papá siguió por el camino ya prácticamente se me había perdido así que tuve que llamarlo para que me esperara y en pocos minutos ingresariamos a otro bosque dentro del mismo ecosistema. Donde a pocos pasos nace el riachuelo más específicamente dentro de estás rocas que se encuentran allí al mismo tiempo cómo en el espacio antes hay también otra gran cantidad de plantas de Copei y se fijarán cómo sus raíces sobresalen a la superficie y en casos cómo los qué se observan ayuda al crecimiento de otras plantas en este caso parasitarias.
Después de eso bajamos por otro camino distinto por dónde subimos dónde nos encontramos una flora casi idéntica a la anterior con el único detalle que aún se aprecian los árboles qué se han caído en el camino, luego de esquivar esos pequeños obstáculos eso sí con mucho cuidado llegamos hasta dónde se encuentra la embocadura de otro riachuelo qué surte de agua a los agricultores de una población cercana en la cuál mí papá retiró las hojas qué podrían estar entorpeciendo el paso del agua y continuamos con nuestro viaje.
Unos metros más adelante mí papá observó qué parte de la tubería estaba rota pero cómo la mayoría del tiempo carga en su bolso herramientas lo reparó y dejó de perderse la gran cantidad de agua qué lo hacía sin duda una labor que casi nadie sabe pero mí papá la realiza de forma anónima, aunque no sé si recuerdan los tubos qué les enseñe antes creo que habrá que utilizar algunos puestos qué éstos ya están dando lo último que tienen para ofrecernos.
Seguimos y encontramos el tanque dónde llega el agua qué va para los agricultores sin duda alguna está llegando una buena cantidad todavía a pesar de que en los últimos meses las lluvias han estado escasas pero sin duda somos unos bendecidos.
Ahora les mostraré algunas fotografías con las plantas de frutas que pude fotografíar las que más llamaban mí atención eran las de piña algunas de ellas tienen su frutos, también están otras cómo por ejemplo de hicacos, cocos y mangos qué no sabría decirles cómo crecen allí pero bueno es increíble poder encontrarlas en un lugar dónde no tienen el cuidado necesario al mismo tiempo también agradecido de no encontrarnos ningún tipo de animal venenoso en el camino debido a qué son ellos quienes dominan en ese tipo de ecosistema.
