Greetings, LMAC friends.
How are you all? I always hope that each of you is in good health and doing well.
Today, I am once again presenting my latest collage as an entry for LMAC Round 248, titled “The Earth.” Earth, the place where we stand today, the only home we have ever truly known. This collage is inspired by the journey of astronauts in the Artemis II mission, a new step for humanity in exploring space and deepening our understanding of the universe.
Through this work, I imagine what it would feel like if we could truly live beyond Earth. To witness greater wonders beyond the blue sky we gaze at every day. There is a sense of curiosity, as well as awe, toward the vast, boundless space filled with endless mysteries.
Sometimes, I dream of seeing planets aligned clearly with the naked eye. It makes me reflect on how small we are within this immense universe, and how the solar system continues to move in its own rhythm, calm, constant, and unending even when we fail to notice it. In that silence, there is a lesson in humility, a reminder that we are only a small part of something far greater.
Yet beyond all those imaginings, one truth remains, Earth is not just a place to live, but a home filled with life, memories, and hope. It is where we grow, learn, and connect with one another.
Because in the end, no matter how far we dream or how far we go, Earth will always be the place we call home.
