Good evening to all hivers and curators. My today's post is centered it's focus on pure and true relationship.
No doubt, the number of months I have been in hive have relatively affect my sense of interrelationship with others. In hive, I rightly discovered that all seems to be helping themselves to unravel some global misconception that have poses difficulty to resolve. However, I can boldly state at this point that I am good to have find some answers to the global question through hive platform..
My Wife, My Husband a relationship that brings different persons with different background to make a better home with an understanding of two lovers. On this experience, I find a perfect woman friend in a circumstance that blows melt the hardest heart.
The Gist
This is time to clean up the house, a lady's voice had said loudly in the early hours of the day. I opened my eyes and promptly stand up from my conner where I was laying on a couch and replied, who is the person that choose to wake everyone up at this hour?
Same Lady repeatedly announced the cleaning exercise but a little hash than the last one so, I everybody became angry because, clean up period is somehow long time from the time she was busy shouting on top of her voice and thereby succeded in having everyone woke up from sleep. I was so angry but had to play with soft thought. I gently walk to the lady who have been disrobing the house, why do you choose to wake everyone up from sleep without putting to consideration others feeling? Her response was that no gentle man can absorb the nonsense. Especially when a lady who happend to be a house help turned out to be small Lord. But I still keep to myself and displayed maturity and the displayed of better leadership responsibility.
I was able to calm the heat on everyone mind and adviced us to beat the anger on our mind. She started her disturbance at about 3 am while the original time is put as 6 am, difference of 3 hours. It's 6 am on the time but the people are not happy. Infact, majority decided to go back to where they are coming from because, they thought they were purposely been subject to nothing in comparison. Knowing well that the people will not want to be given instructions by the lady or some have taken a break decisions that it would be better off, to go back home with no pay instead of allowed for themselves to be seen taking orders from the lady. Majority were not happy and we need the work the money. I call on everyone who's intentions are to leave for home as soon as the time clock 6 am, I plead with them and assured that things will change for our greatness but not with the idea of continues having the lady as head. In this case I proposed for a new person be appointed to lead. Again, my colleagues did not allowed for me to craft for a an answer as they proposed me to be their new leader, all they want is for me to be the new leader. At exactly 6 am, while I was trying to calm the morning situation in order for the people to have peace of mind, the Lady in question hired a guy from the outside to help her disturb the hearing of the people. She came into the hull unannounced and in company of the guy she came with and start hitting desk and smashing plates against another. But this time the people are furious and ready to do what will provoke the overall management of the company.
The ladies among us were asked to rough handle the lady. I quickly asked them to give me some time and I walked to the lady to seek for her permission to have a close talk with her and that, she didn't waste time, she gives me listening attention. I asked her, what is the hardest work in leadership's ideas? She was kinda hoping to get relevant advice from me but I made her to note reality of life. After all said and done, she confide in me that the company we came to work for belong to her father but at last, the rest became history. The work we came for was perfectly done and deliver to the overall management in good faith. I was made to lead the ordinary workers but this lady in question asked me to be her supporter. At the end of all exercise, on the night of the good bye party, I asked her if she wanted to be a man's desires? She answered positively. Again I asked her if she will want us to go far, she agreed. On this time, I explained alot to her about relationship and asked, "can we be good friends because, there's many in happy home. I told her, all we need to strive beta is nothing but pure understanding.
Lastly, I made her to know the worth in everyone's life. Every body is a potential leadership. So, I want us to know that, inculcating the habit of personal development will make us to achieve what ever we need be in life because, self better development is the spring board to our excellent achievement.
