I wanted to share with you my Entry #3 collage for LMAC Round 220.
Reflections.
They said it wouldn't last. My family and friends, I mean. They said we weren't compatible. They said my temper was too short. They said the boy I loved was too passive, and that I would eventually lose respect for him. Fifty years later, those same people were proven wrong.
Some attended our wedding anniversary. Others, I understood, heard of the event and simply responded, "there is a God!"
Yes, there is a God.
And it took our faith in God and in each other to submit to him and allow Him to work in our marriage to bring us to understanding that compromise and communication is at the heart of any relationship.
In preparing my theme, I envisioned looking to the future and the past. To accomplish this, I located a futuristic image that felt fantastical. Since I love the water, I decided on a mystical version of an octopus. To reflect the past, I chose a simple black cut-out of a couple. Since they both love music, notes and an instrument felt appropriate. For the musical note, I included one of my pure fractals I created in the advanced fractal rendering program, Apophysis 7X.
Below are the images I included in my design:

I then utilized Canva to blend the different type images. Below are my steps in which I begin with a blank, white canvas, then added layers of elements, removing backgrounds, resizing, colorizing, duplicating, filtering, and repositioning items as needed incorporating the tools at my disposal in my Annual Pro Membership Subscription.
Below is my completed collage for LMAC Round 220, Entry #3:
Thanks for your visit. I appreciate it. I hope you like my freestyle collage theme.
