My collage is a celebration of Happy Easter Sunday with bunnies, rooster and Easter eggs. 🐣 The winged magical purple bunny delivers the Easter eggs.
A solitary monk, in white, remembers the reason Easter is celebrated ~ the Resurrection of Christ three days after his crucification and his victory over death.
The monk contemplates the fate of the world as the white rabbit checks out the Easter eggs. The cross looms above the earth sending love but also a reminder of the One who has risen.
The symbolic light and sacred staff the monk carries will help dispel the darkness and spread the joy and love intended in the celebration of Easter.
