Esta es mi participación en la ronda 135 de este concurso semanal, esta vez me he remontado a la mitología griega y decidí traer e la vida esta magnífica criatura llamada quimera, suele ser representada con dos cabezas una de cabrá y la otra de león alas y una serpiente o aguijón de escorpión por cola, yo quería una versión menos atemorizadora y así nació esta amable quimera que vive en las montañas, les mostraré el proceso a continuación espero sea de su agrado, a mi amigos que deseen participar de este concurso les dejo post a la publicación de este concurso:
Greetings friends LMACians, I wish you a happy Sunday! This is my participation in the 135th round of this weekly contest, this time I have gone back to Greek mythology and decided to bring to life this magnificent creature called chimera, it is usually represented with two heads one of a goat and the other of a lion with wings and a snake or scorpion sting for a tail, I wanted a less frightening version and thus was born this kind chimera that lives in the mountains, I will show you the process below I hope you like it, to my friends who wish to participate in this contest I leave post to the publication of this contest:
Una vez consenti la idea de realizar esta criatura comencé bocetando sobre la imagen específicamente sobre el cuerpo de la leona las alas y la extensión de serpiente de su cola la cual he conseguido entre las imágenes de la galería.
Once I consented to the idea of making this creature I started sketching on the image specifically on the body of the lioness the wings and the snake extension of its tail which I got among the images in the gallery.
Seguidamente decidí aportar un paisaje diferente, situarla entre montañas con clima nuboso y me dirigí a mi galería personal y tome una foto que tomé en un viaje entre los pueblos andinos de Venezuela que me pareció el ideal para esta oportunidad.
Then I decided to bring a different landscape, place it between mountains with cloudy weather and I went to my personal gallery and took a picture I took on a trip between the Andean villages of Venezuela that seemed ideal for this opportunity.
Lo siguiente que hice fue borrar el cableado eléctrico en medio de la imagen y colorear las alas de nuestra quimera.
The next thing I did was to erase the electrical wiring in the middle of the image and color the wings of our chimera.
Una vez coloreada las alas comencé a definir algunas de las plunas de su estructura, para ello he empleado un pincel con textura para poder dar un poco la textura adecuada para este caso, también en este punto oscurecí el paisaje dejando un pequeño halo de luz sobre la quimera.
Once the wings were colored I started to define some of the planes of its structure, for this I used a textured brush to give a little bit of the right texture for this case, also at this point I darkened the landscape leaving a small halo of light on the chimera.
Por último, añadi los último detalles en las alas y dibuje unos destellos sobre la área más iluminadas y entre los arbustos del fondo y este ha sido el resultado que he obtenido, espero haya sido de su agrado como lo es para mi compartirlo con ustedes.
Finally, I added the last details on the wings and drew some sparkles on the most illuminated area and between the bushes in the background and this is the result I have obtained, I hope you liked it as much as I like to share it with you.
