Note that I am not native English speaker, and also I am not using any translator to understand this, because I believe in my English, and I want to take my English to next level. If I did any mistake to learn any principle, you have a right to tell me about that using the first and second chapter's principle.
From "How This Book Was Written And Why" by Dale Carnegie.
In preparation for this book, I read everything that I could find on the subject everything from the newspaper columns, magazine articles, records of the family courts, the writings of the old philosophers and the new psychologists. In addition, I hired a trained researcher to spend one and a half years in various libraries reading everything I had missed,
It is amazing, how much preparation and research was used to make this masterpiece book. I like to read every book with its all pages. So I started book reading, I was reading and getting surprised. You know this review is purely made with my pure reactions on this book, while reading the book. Yes I started noting point in "Notepad" to not forget the points, at making of review.
If I will share review from only "How and Why the book written" by writer, then the post will very long. I can tell you these pages of book are much important, these are showing how the writer noticed much things and he did start hard working, these pages are showing the writer was truly hard working for teaching us. He had a passion to give this knowledge to us, he had a true passion to educate people. So the book broke many much records, of selling.
"IF YOU WANT TO GATHER HONEY, DON'T KICK OVER THE BEEHIVE."
The Part 1.
This is not just a sentence which is touching our hearts, it is also a great idiomatic. The author want to describe an unique point to us, by much articles or researches he did. I will try to share the point in my words. But first I read all of the pages which was including true stories, I liked the author's research on Lincoln most.
The unique point is to don't criticize others. If anyone want to make better any other, then why we don't think he have an ability to make himself better first. So the chapter 1 was on this principle, the special and first principle which we have to add in our lives. For what? for first step to success.
I wanna tell you, I don't criticize anyone, and this habit in me for long ago. But I am happy after reading this habit as a principle, in this masterpiece book. And I am feeling proud on myself, that I am completely trying the first principle for long time.
"THE BIG SECRET OF DEALING WITH PEOPLE"
The part 2.
In this part the author want to give us lots of ideas to treat with people. In this chapter, he added much examples related to topic. Treating an angry man, to treat a child ever type of people can be treated good after reading this part. As in part one he did teach to not use criticism on any person, but on yourselves. In this he is still on his first lesson, he is describing now, how to deal with people.
First part: Don't criticize people.
Second part: How to deal with people, without any criticism.
Just wow, the second part is can be a part of first with very nicely. This is the writing beauty of our author. Now let's trying understand it's principle.
Now let me define the principle using Steemit as an example.
If you see any author's post here, you have to appreciate him if you did checked his post. And If, if you want to tell the author about any mistake from post, so you have full authority to point the mistake, but you have to use it in a nice way.
Like I did a post of photography in PH, one person commented: "You did spam". It is right, very right of him. Second person commented: "Wow, this photo is much beautiful, you are looking new to this field try zooming out to capture a nice one, and understand the community dealings, with the post of our admin. I want to say, this community does not deals with photography content."
What you got, a simple way of criticism, or a best way to deal with author, you tried to tell his mistakes sudden, or you tried slowly and with love.

Part 3.
I liked the examples of letters, which the author shared with us to describe his point in third chapter. His writing, his techniques to go to the principle slowly is very amazing. He did hard work to collect all types of researches and then he separated them as a collection for each, topic or title. In this chapter he added an example in start, which was of fishing, that was mind blowing. He told us that I will not think that I want fish, when I want to fishing. But I will think what the fish want.
Let's try understanding the principle of this chapter.
The chapter 3 is totally dependent on the ability of ourselves. How much ability do you have? If you want to stop your child from playing games, how will you do that? By shouting on him? or if you will try to tell him the disadvantages of games, and also if you make a reward on to not playing games, this is the real ability you have. You made him to not play game, using your mind and you didn't used your voice or hands on him, this is the ability. The author connected this principle with the last very nicely.
The whole book is full of self improvement's principles. You have to talk to other nicely and politely. If you are not a good listener, you are a loser. Try listening to others. Give them courage to freely talk with you what they want. It will be a nice improvement in you.
There is the other, must watch your own mistakes before criticizing any other. It will help you to remember your mistakes, and you will be able to improve them.
Must remember the person's name. When you will become genuinely interested in other people they will feel happy. Smile and try spreading smiles to others.
Show some respect to opinions of other persons, be friendly with everyone. Smile and keep smiling. Here I want to end the review post, now some conclusion.
