Which wallet, app or software should I use to enjoy fast and cheap Bitcoin (and Ether) transactions? I'm reading posts about Lightning network for years but if I must make a transaction I mostly pay high fees.
(Various USD, mostly. Once, in autumn 2017, I paid 28 USD for a transfer. OK, I mustn't complain, I sold a fraction of bitcoin at $17,000.)
