Hello friends, how are you? I hope you are doing very well, I hope you are having a great week and every time you are closer to reaching your goals! :)
Today I want to talk about a topic that has particularly hit me these days, last night I was watching a little video about it, a short video but with great strength in its message.
There are no poor people but poor minds, this little sentence says a lot and that's what this video is about.
Of course, I am aware that today this does not apply to everyone, I believe that nothing is as it is painted or written, there are both external and internal factors that can lead us to certain circumstances despite our efforts. For example, in my case I have years studying to be able to exercise my career, but life had another series of events prepared for me. I left my country 3 years ago and today I have not been able to practice, difficult? yes, but in spite of everything I have learned many things both personally (I think I am a better person and more humane), and in the workplace (I have learned that I am good at other things and that I can run a business on my own).
Something that I would never have done in Venezuela, but I wouldn't have had the opportunity!
So, first of all we should not regret the things that happen to us, particularly I apply the philosophy that for something happen and has helped me to move forward, I always think that for something I will be here in Colombia, for something I could not exercise and try to eliminate my negative thoughts although sometimes it costs me, I will not deny it.
So it's not what happens to us, we all go through good and bad things, we all have problems and sometimes we think they are the worst in the world, but the important thing is what do you do with that which happens to you, with those problems and bad moments?
You have the tools to be able to face it? what are you doing to solve it? that's what's really important, life is not easy, who said it would be, but it has its good moments and it's always good to learn from those bad experiences, think that in the future you will have a lot of experience and you will be able to solve things much faster.
On the other hand, when we have goals and objectives, we have to go for them we can not wait sitting for them to come to us "because this will not happen "we must leave that comfort zone that many of us like (including myself), in order to achieve what we want, educate yourself, take courses, perform different activities, learn new things or strengthen the ones you already know, WORK ON YOURSELF, MORE THAN ON YOUR WORK, our mind and body are the most important, they will always be with us. Surely what you learn will be of great use to you and perhaps you will be able to help others.
Last but not least, I think we all know this word, EXCUSES, a word that even if we don't say it we do many things that have to do with it, if we want to be successful people and get to that moment where we say I AM THE PERSON WHO IS ABLE TO GENERATE SUCCESS, I AM THE PERSON WHO ALWAYS WANTS TO BE!
We must invest in our education, investing a few hours a day in us will be well rewarded in the future. If we don't work for what we want to achieve, we will never get anywhere.
So, answer me one question, have you done everything you could to get where you want to go? Have you worked hard for those goals or are you a person who makes excuses?
REMEMBER, YOU ARE WHERE YOU ARE TODAY BECAUSE OF THE THINGS YOU DID OR DIDN'T DO IN THE PAST, BUT YOU WILL BE WHERE YOU ARE TOMORROW BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU DO AND DON'T DO TODAY.
