Many times we think, why us, why not others who deserve it more than me, or on the contrary, why them and not me. I know that all of us at some time have had similar thoughts, I know that at some time we have asked ourselves, or at least I have.
I honestly do not know what it is about, many of us want to do things right, we studied to have a profession, to help others and it turns out that we went through situations that we did not even imagine.
Why am I not worthy of having this or having that? We think many times... And the truth is that I have no idea, sometimes life throws us plays that have no explanation. Sometimes I say, Is it possible that I can realize my life plan or do I just have to settle for it?
Is life unfair? Some people need a lot, while others waste what they have on things that are worthless. In these moments of my life and that of many Venezuelans we believe that life has given us everything, many of us do not deserve what we are going through, we do not study for this, we do not train for this.
And that's why I see that life is like Russian roulette, where it touches you, and sometimes it's not where you wanted to be. But ox, it's time to get up and go forward, perhaps with a life that you do not like but was the one you lived.
A life with your loved ones and sometimes not, other times you have to fight alone and get up every day thinking about them, thinking that they are the ones who give you strength and encourage you to smile day after day.
"I know that there are gray days and others of color, I know that everything can go well, I know that my memories are still there, I know that I can with all this, I know that I will get ahead, I know that life will improve."
These are words we should keep in mind every day of our lives.
The only thing I know is that one day we are fine and the next we don't know, for example today, months ago we were working, sharing with our loved ones, going out, etc, today, we work from home, we have empty discos and parks, stadiums without fans, restaurants are clients, and many families are distant.
Kissing and hugging is a crime, we are fined for going out, a 10 minute purchase becomes 2 hours through the infinite lines with 2 meters separation, arriving at our house implies a risk, we have to fumigate before greeting someone, among many other things.
I don't think that life is bad or that I am ungrateful, I just started thinking about everything that we humans have to face just because we want to live, it seems like a game where you either lose or win, but if you lose you have the opportunity many times not to make the same mistake again.
"You have the opportunity to rewrite your story"
And if it's with a cup of coffee, so much the better... :)
