While having a discussion with my friend who happens to be an entrepreneur, I tried to find out how possible it is for someone who is new into business and who does not have the financial capacity to employ adequate hands survive the test of time, bearing in mind that so many salary earners will like to get adequate pay for the job they do and this only means that the owner of the business will be the one to shoulder most of the responsibilities. Rather than give me a direct answer, he directed me to a shelf to pick up an item that talked about how entrepreneurs can work better even with lots of responsibilities, I decided to share with friends who might be interested and particularly within the project.hope community, I hope this post is worth your time.
Get machines to help with simple task: In this new age and time, everyone should make us of a computer, a computer will help you save time and effort when compared to carrying out productive work manually. There are software’s that will make calculation, collation, and arrangement more easy and effective instead of wasting time on a computer.
Stop fighting for perfectionism: If there is one thing that keeps draining and destroying entrepreneur’s effort, it is the fact that they try to do everything in a perfect way. I am not against doing things perfectly, but rather than spending too much time to deliver at 100 percent, you could drop your pen when it gets to a range of 95 to 98 percent and still put a smile on the consumer’s face. It is better to be an effective entrepreneur than to be a perfect entrepreneur.
Look within you for desired answers: We are always carried away with the mindset of trying out something new, we spend sleepless nights trying to unravel mysteries that are not hidden, when the only thing we have to do is to add a little spice to what we have on ground. On several occasions, everything we need is usually around us and rather than spending so much time trying to look for a new method, you could just add little spice to what you have on ground and get the best out of the situation.
Try out the option of variety: Paying so much attention to a specific task sometimes may get us completely annoyed and bored, why not just juggle between three or four of different task, this way you might not get so bored with just one task.
Avoid disappointments: Entrepreneurs often get disappointed when the project they have been expecting for a long time fails to show up, it can be very discouraging to expect a contract and work so hard preparing for it while it never shows up. Instead of spending so much time preparing for something you do not have at hand, you can spend that time on something you have at hand already, meeting a deadline. Remain focused on the tasks you have to accomplish and get your clients undisapointed.
