Three things I have read about and I have also seen that has the capacity to make a business succeed, if it is taken with a high level of seriousness the business will flourish but if these factors are also the business might eventually fail.
The first thing is to have a direct focus.
Once a business has a direct focus, it is always easy to say specifically what the business wants, how he hopes to achieve those things and moving in that line of achievement will be really easy. A business that starts up with a specific intention of providing food delivery service to the world, will remain focused on delivering food service to the world and if someone talks to them about providing health care facilities, it will be really easy for them to discard such ideas and remain focused on their food delivery business plan. Even if diverting into the health sector might be a good idea, they will rather spend that resources on growing the food sector the more and covering a wider range of audience.
The second thing is to focus on little decisions.
The little things we easily ignore are things that pile up into something huge and large, in running of a business you have to focus highly on those minute decisions because they are the ones that end up either making the business better or destroying the business eventually. Never underrate those decisions you consider as being little in running a business when you think it is little, it is big enough to destroy what you have been trying to build for years, simple decisions like when you ask your workers to resume, like when you pay your staff, how you interact with them amongst other things.
The third thing is to realize how important every second of our time is.
Time is highly relevant in the world of business, we either make the best of every second or we totally ignore the benefit in every second of the day. As one who runs a business, you are going to have so many activities up on your sleeve and if you are not careful you might end up wasting each day with the attitude of procrastinating on running those task later. Take the job serious as if your boss is going to lay you off for not doing it well, a lot of business owners get really comfortable that they forget how much the success of the business lies in their hand.
