Without knowing it, I was doing meditation movement.
Motivated to the public transport crisis in my country, I made the decision to walk to my workplace.
It is a considerable distance to trip. Walk through the city, between the bustle of cars and people.
However, concentrating on my steps and maintaining a constant thought, I was able to isolate myself from all that external hustle and bustle for 40 minutes every day.
