Bitcoin is moving upward in market price, it's a good thing to see provided its not a pump and dump scheme that is: if the Market price is organic and newer fiat is entering into the cryptophere and not some Tether pumped movement. Over three years or there about, there hasn't been a real organic price surge otherwise it could have surpassed its current ATH.
Therefore, this one could be one of those price surge that goes down shortly, or perhaps a new course to a new all time high considering the recent Halving of Bitcoin. Meaning the reduction in Block/Miner prices could have spiked a Bull which we all have waited patiently for over the years.
If you have hodl #BTC for long, then you should know that you have experienced a lot of psychological rollercoaster in these past three years or less. The state of mind once BTC Reaches $10000 is synonymous to getting high on Marijuana or Coke or perhaps any hard substance, because it comes with a lot of mental gymnastics...Maybe for crypto rookies and not Whales!
Once BTC breaks the $10k threshold, there is a tendency it might surge further to $15k and beyond sub $20k its ATH and a price surge in the Big Brother BTC doesn't go unnoticed with Alts, intact the lowest micro-caps tokens starts to climb to an unimaginable price height. This where you and I are mostly affected, 80% of us rookies invested heavily in these micro-cap tokens and we have been on the edge of losing about a 1000% of our capital if we sell off, reason many people have been holding for far too long.
The price movement could be the beginning of a massive market surge that would lead to many new all time high of thousands of tokens and Hive inclusive, its has happened before with Steem where it traded $9 per token.
So what does this mean? Could this be the start if massive Bullrun? Either ways, if BTC reaches another ATH, most Alts would follow suit and that means we all stand to recover both our capitals and make massive gain on top of it. That is why BTC price movement sparks a lot of Frenzy, the hope of recovering every damn losses!
