Introduction
We are crossing a few days full of anguish, worries, tragedies and chaos in general.
It is not new news what is happening in the world with the virus crown, the falls of the stock markets, the crises in different countries, and our own internal crisis on Steemit.com.
But this post is not about that, I am going to talk to you about simple and practical methods that will help you overcome all these circumstances; Best of all, they are free, easy, and require a few minutes of your time.
So let's get started, keep reading:
1 - Keep mind busy
The first thing you should try is to keep your mind on something. It will seem very easy but the truth is that most people find it very complicated, this is because we waste time focusing on what to do (and the very fact of thinking about this already has us busy, but not in a healthy way in my opinion ) and what I propose is:
- Read a book
- Exercise
- See people walk and imagine what their life is like
- Write a poem and invent a melody
- Clean your home
- etc
The idea is that you have your mind busy, practicing a hobby or whatever you want, because a busy mind is less willing to deal with viruses, anxieties and problems.
2 - Meditation and relaxation
It is simple, first of all to locate yourself in a calm, peaceful environment, away from any noise or interference. Turn off your phone and leave instructions not to be disturbed.
This will help you to focus, to put away all those thoughts that can overwhelm you and to feel better. Practicing Yoga is very healthy in these cases.
A positive exercise is to close your eyes, breathe slowly and deeply to visualize all your loved ones healthy, happy and full of life, this generates serotonin in your body and will give you a feeling that everything is fine, with the addition that you can almost immediately notice the improvement.
If you like you can do it with your eyes open, concentrating on the candle flame, it is very relaxing and purifying. I have experienced it and I have had great ideas for my life. The idea for this post came to me using this method.
This is just science, we are inducing our brains to have positive images and thoughts.

3 - Healthy nutrition
In order to overcome crises, after identifying them, eating properly is essential for you to overcome these problems.
It is important that you make the 3 meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), in a balanced way.
You need to eat fruits for breakfast, protein and carbohydrates for lunch and something light for dinner so that you can get a restful rest. It is a good idea to consult a specialist or your doctor to have specific indications for your case.
If you follow all these recommendations, you will surely feel better, happier and more distant from all the problems that overwhelm you.
