Yessss! Today is "National Absinthe Day" 🍸 on the National Holiday Calendar listing for March. In my opinion this is the most perfect day to just get merry with a cocktail glass full of Absinthe. Then just chill out while listening to my Song selection below...

As you can read from the lyrics "The Green Faerie" (Irish spelling for "Fairy") is an affectionate alternative name for Absinthe. I guess mostly because of the green color and Alcohol strength.
Anyway, The Damned were a great Punk Band, and I still listen to several of their many hits. This particular track is included on the Album "Grave Disorder"! A cool Album title for any Punk band! Don't you think? 😎
