I'm a record promoter now, on Rising Star

Pink Floyd's song, Have a Cigar is about the music business and how everyone wants a piece of a rising star. The song is sung from the perspective of a music promoter who knows nothing about the band, but claims equal responsibility for the success of the band.

Here's a not too bad tribute band version of that song.

On Rising Star, they added a new feature that allows you to get a share of the sale of a NFT record by staking Rising Star STARBITS. You need a minimum of 1000 STARBITS to take a share of the stake. When someone buys the NFT record, you get a share of that purchase.

So far, I have only put stakes on 2 records. Billy Kong - Koli and The Turtle Project - We Thrive. So far, I have earned 152 and 45 STARBITS. This is basically the same as doing a few missions, depending on the mission. Not a lot, but it is passive income. And it isn't much of an investment compared to what it costs to actually mint the NFT record.

Minting your first 25 NFTS costs 120,000 STARBITS and you can sell them for whatever you want or even give them away!

I wish the artists well and hope that their NFT records sell for a lot of money, boy! It will be a smash if we all pull together as a team!
