Excess in anything cannot be good for you no matter how good you might think it is. I know many sporting buddies who are kind of regretting what they put in their bodies over their life time and now is when the complications start to happen. Absolute idiots all of them thinking they can cheat the system by looking healthy when on the inside they are in a bad way and do not know it yet. I am not allowed vitamin K as it is a known blood thickener and can cause clots. I have had clots in the past so I obviously avoid this.
