I set a goal to get my fitness back to where it was 6 years ago, when my 5km run was easily under 30mins on a slow day. Due to having kids, the recent pandemic and renovating 2 houses I had lost that part of my fitness. So today thanks to for getting me to sign up to this and to use Strava to record my time for my run, it turns out I had already past my goal! now to maintain 5km under 30mins.
