It's something like this in the screenshot above captured from training hub. Main part of the session consists of 6 20 seconds short strides followed by 1 minute jog. Around it are warmup, cooldown, 3 and 2 K easy pace parts.
All in all, good 8 K of pure joy, even when running at night and in cold weather. It was fun, it was a sense of achievement.
