There is a rule, supposedly, that you need to rest after full exertion running event for as many days as there were kilometers ran at this event. So, for marathon you need to rest 42 days after it.
Today is 31st day after marathon in Madeira and I am a bit tired of rest. Is it time to move on on longer runs, to have a training plan again? Probably yes. Next week? Definitely yes!
