Coros app has a great little functionality. Based on your data it can create a tailor made marathon training plan. Let's create a real plan, based on these preferences:
- event date is 31.05.2025
- it's actually backyard ultra so speed is not an issue but let's try to upgrade pace too
- therefore target pace is 3:50
Creating training plan, step by step, screen by screen. I believe images are self-explanatory.

This plan is now available and active on web app, phone app, and watch. I can edit it, add to it, even delete sessions, and it is synced automagically.
Now, all I need to do is follow the plan 😀
