First time this winter the acrobatics and trampoline training was on for . Which meant an opportunity for me to take a run. Gladly. Nothing special, just good seven kilometers at an easy pace, some on gravel, some on asphalt, all flat.
Since the training session is one hour and a half long there is time for 15 K long runs in the coming weeks. Excellent.
