Hmm, what to recover from exactly? No worries, it's just the title of today's exercise. These are on the days between more strenuous exercises to give body, and mind, a chance to recover its stamina. One hour of easy running, that's all.
Today it was time for the first of these runs. A flat run by the river Sava and back home, almost ten kilometers at an easy pace.
