Description from Strava: Day 4 of My daily micro movement. Today we move to create new healthy habits. Consistency is key and I'm feeling good with these little bursts of energy.
Today I completed my 100 squats with some other strength exercises..working on my push up form getting down lower with knee pushups and full pushups. Baby steps. Spent the bulk of the time stretching to relieve tired muscles from this mornings run.
Productive week. Let's get xhausted all over again.
