Hey Hivers,
here. I've been on a bit of a break due to the arrival of the new kid. Lifes just got a bit mental. On top of that mu automated strava post have not been filtering through for strength training, which is all i have been able to manage. So i decided to keep motivated and document my jouney back into fitness manually. This is probably better, as posts will be a tad bit more colourful.
Finding My Strength Again
Here we are 7 months post partum. Sleep deprived. Mentally drained. Our of shape. I need those endorphins to keep me fresh. To be a better person, a better mom, a better wife, a better daughter, a better me!
So we start again.
Log - Monday 17 November
Today i stared with a bit of strength training. 27 minutes. Super unfit but managed to push through. Light weights 1kg.
Also aiming to get in at least 5000 steps a day. 6000 would be better, but everyday doesn't allow this and we gotta start somewhere.
Managed 5812, not bad at all...
Setting some goals!
- Current Weight: 73.3 kgs
- 1st Goal Weight: 69 kgs
- 3 workouts a week
- 5000 steps a day
