Day 3 of my journey back to fitness. Still sore but decided to push through thr pain and do a workout. I guess mentally im all in and experience tells me the best way to loosen stiff muscles is some rest and another workout. Yesterday we rested, today we do them things.

Great workout that day. Started out sore but ended feeling good. Nothing like a little workout to loosen the muscles.
Dod 30 mins if strength training. Mostly core focus with light 1km weights. Dont tgimk i did too bad at all.
Also hit 8k steps. Easy to hit targets on workout days.
