Log - Tuesday, 25 November
Day 9. We are going strong with step goals. Meeting daily targets and some. It was blazing hot today, and I didn't have time for a workout. I met my step goal without trying today. Was busy with work and home tasks.
Stress levels were quite high again. 45! I need to look into managing better. This was not my average before i had kid number 2. Is this the new norm?
Nonetheless, I did my weigh-in today, and we see progress! With only 3 workouts and meeting my step target of at least 5000 steps every day, I managed to lose 0.8kgs! That's pretty decent. I haven't changed my diet drastically, but I have made some healthier choices at times. Drinking lots more water and trying not to overindulge. I'm sure the breastfeeding is also helping with the drop. Will try to do even better over the next week. See stats to follow.
