I just (the other day) finished a 11.014km cycling workout that lasted about 0hh:49mm:40ss !
Solid e-ride with the bro! Felt good to do a nice easy / active-recovery ride!
The bike is officially in indoor training mode these days, despite it being Go By Bike Week over here. The rainy season has finally arrived, and unfortunately, I have no rain guards on my bike. I've got rain pants, but it hardly seems worth it when I live less than 1km from the office (and work from home half the time).
Was a nice workout. Has me feeling motivated to do more, and get in shape (but I try not to worry about it too much). Lord knows I need to get on it though -- I got fat over the summer, so I'm going to have to work harder over the winter.
Hopefully we can avoid excessive lockdowns though -- the squash courts have opened up again, so I can play squash with . The climbing gym still requires make, obviously, but I'm able to get out for some climbing with
and others.
I've got a casual 5km run/walk for the cure event happening this Sunday, too -- so I'm hoping that reignites a bit of excitement for some light running.
