I was able to hold about the same amount of kilometres as last week, Three easy Z2 run/walks, One interval session mid week, an easy bike on Friday, a harder zone 4 parkrun Saturday when this long run to wrap the week up.
I did the first 3 kilometres really easy up and down a few hills until I found some flatter ground. Then I tried to push and hold right at the top of my zone 2 about 130 beats per minute. I gradually seemed to slow on my heavy legs from parkrun yesterday but do get the feeling I am getting a little more efficient.
Happy not too much got into zone 3.
