We decide to run this morning at Logan River parkrun as in is on the way to my mother's place so we could visit her straight after.
It was there first run back after some major flooding on the Logan River. They were also short a few pacers on there regular 2nd Saturday of the month pacer day. So I was able to help out and score a run and volunteer stat. Usually my average pace on my garmin watch will leave my time pretty spot on but this morning it was all the it was all over the place. Must have been dropping out with all the cloud and tree cover.
I was cruising at the required 4:48 pace but had to back right off at the end and finished a few seconds early on 23:55.
