that pace at that BPM seems impossible for me. I think this is because I am actually still quite large and I spent most of my life intentionally bulking and doing bodybuilding and weight training. I think I am too old now to turn that around but I am still going to try. I just like the fact that I can do 5-10k now whereas when I first transitioned from weights to cardio I couldn't even do 1
