Thanks buddy. I don't think I am really going to aspire to be much faster than say 6 minutes per km on the short runs like a 5k. What I would like to see is for me to be able to just be able to find a pace where I can do a half marathon without ever stopping or ever really feeling like I need to. I'm at that point with 10k runs now and hope to keep it going. I think I need better shoes and have been thinking about going to one of those fancy places where they measure your foot and how you run and get you the stuff that is just right for you. I have a bit of a gait or whatever it is called that results in abrasion in certain places on my feet and I would love to get past that.
