I need new shoes. The ones I use now are fine but they are not running shoes. I did a trail run not that long ago and they were helpful for that (I guess) but the real running shoes appear to have a much better cushioned sole and I think that would help. When I am jogging i can feel the impact every step and perhaps the proper running shoes would help with this. I reckon I got 1000km out of these trail shoes but it's time. Athletic shoes are really the only kind of shoes that I am willing to spend good money on
