We've been swimming regularly in the Auckland habour on Saturday mornings and surprisingly it seems to take a lot out of us especially as the water is cooling down.
We decided to save a little time by doing our run after our swim and we both struggled a bit.
We are into April and the weather is still pretty awesome and I hope it keeps going. Even if the water has been getting colder it has been so nice to get out and train in the mild autumn weather.
