Yeah, apparently BFR is widely used by body builders but have not heard a lot of people using it for endurance sports, and is part of the reason why I'm interested.
And yeah baking soda is getting a lot of interest from runners. Apparently Maurten sports are providing gels with baking soda in it, and they are really expensive. Apparently with baking soda, it also can cause a lot of stomach issues, so I have not gone anywhere near it as a result...let me know if you try it
