Description from Strava:
Yesterday was quite active with parkrun and then our visit to the Henry Moore gardens so I clocked up a lot of steps. I was still keen to get out this morning and it was feeling very autumnal with a slight chill and a slight mist.
I like the trail up to Langford past the fishing lakes as it is quiet there. I do not know how long the van has been there, but it is well smashed up. I encountered a few people along the way who were running or walking their dogs.
I am not sure what the building with all the exhaust pipes is, but it may be part of a sewage works that I think is around there. I ought to check possible alternative routes that would confirm that, but today I stuck with my plan.
I cut across from Clifton to Henlow and through the allotments. People keep those very neat. We visited a farm shop yesterday that had loads of pumpkins and saw some big ones in Henry Moore's garden. At the allotments there were some small squashes drying out.
I cut across the field near Henlow Grange (aka Champney's) and made my way back home. It felt like enough today, but the pace was good. As always I have a few jobs to do on my Sunday, but I also get to chill out a bit. Enjoy yours and run free!
