It has been a bit chilly this week. I was at my drum lesson last night, but the drum room was cosy and we worked on a lot of things over an hour. The band has a gig coming up, so I needed to work on those tunes.
Today was frosty again, so I needed an extra layer and gloves. After seeing the latest from I was prompted to do my hill sprints again. There was ice in places, but it did not feel too slippery. I have a bit of a jog to warm up, but I was feeling the cold a bit and that may have affected my speed. I can see on Strava that I was a little slower than the last time. I probably need to do more interval runs.
There were a few other runners passing through whilst I went up and down the hill, so I was not the only one crazy enough to be out there.
We are coming to the end of the Move-ember challenge and I have managed to log something every day this month. I had a target distance in mind and I may manage it. I will confirm that once the results are in. We use a Strava group to track it, but someone compiles the activities into a spreadsheet.
