These days I find that beer has more of an effect on me even though I do not drink much, but I was never a big drinker. Maybe I should stick with whisky.
I have never been into running every day, but I try to fit in some activity. Today was a rest day, but I still went for a walk and did a few other exercises.
I hope you get back to where you want to be.
