Quick gratification is the first mistakes I made here when I was onboard, my aim is that Hive is a place I can just write anything and get a rewards without any effort, not my fault thou, that's what I was told then, moreover no one has put me through after registration. I get exhausted because I don't meet what I was expecting and I leave, but after realizing that even this life you have to put consistent in what you do before a good result will follow. However, I made another step coming back to Hive after a year my account was created, honestly that was a good step, because today the more the longevity the more I have more knowledge about the blockchain.
I know being a writer and engaging as well is not something that comes easy, but when you step your mind for success you'll adapt and learn with the system. I learnt because I stay back and set my self for success, so as newbies don't expect anything when you are just here, just try to create awareness, engage with people then find a way to improve your game.
Blogging can be whatever you want, but whatever it has to be on your mind just find a niches, something you will enjoy doing and you won't get exhausted, You can create your kingdom sharing unique things and I believe as time goes people will know you for that.
Something I realized is that most account create on hive are more than those being active and the reason why is that, some people think Hive is not for them. Yes it's straight talk because your mind is full with quick gratification and if you don't see what you're looking for definitely you will say it's not for you. But the truth is that Hive is for everyone, and there are no limits to what you can share, nor require technical skills, it's free to anyone.
As someone who have get exposure to the blockchain even not that much but at least I'm part of the platform and I know a little even if not all. My beginning does not encourage as I told you and because I was thinking like you (quick gratification) I ended abuse the system to get reward my first three month, but It was grace that I was still here, but that grace might not be at your side, so that's why you don't have to farm, say no to plagiarism. Even if you effort is not noticed keep pushing and never stop writing, I believe doing it constantly will lead you to achieve more better.
