The opportunities having a million dollars brings are endless. Although this looks like a huge sum of money, it would be very necessary to use it responsibly and sensibly. How I would spend this money will be mainly led by my thirst to make a positive impact on my immediate community and beyond.
The first thing I would do with the money would be to secure my future financially.
I would contact well-experienced financial advisors to help me invest a substantial amount to secure my long-term financial goals. This includes future family needs and financial independence.
I would also invest a great amount into
my educational and skills development. I would pursue a good education from some good schools in the world and take part in workshops and skills training seminars to help me achieve my educational and career goals. This will also help me to be able to contribute immensely to my society.
I would also gift an amount to my mother to help her expand and boost her business. Not forgetting my dad and siblings to help them purchase some things they want.
An amount will also be donated towards evangelism ; to help spread the gospel message to people in my country and abroad.
Not to mention street children, hawkers, and the homeless. I would set aside an amount that would be enough to provide a modernized shelter for them. I would do well to provide them with facilities that they never had the luxury to afford or enjoy.
If after all these things I still have some money left, I would go on trips with my family and friends and create great memories with them.
