I've been involved in a lot of pranks most of which I initiate. Fortunately or unfortunately, anytime I do so, someone falls prey to it. I would have loved to talk about all the pranks I've done but it would make this post too lengthy so I'll talk about them in another post.
What I'd talk about today is a prank I did on my classmates with the help of my friend.
It was one fine afternoon when my friend and I waited for our English class. It wasn't yet time for class so we were relaxing under shade beside a store. As we were sitting there, I devised a plan to prank our classmates, and as cool as she was, she agreed without hesitation. We decided to call our friends and ask them about weird things they were allegedly involved in.
Fortunately, I had an extra SIM card I hardly used so I used it for our plan to keep us more Anonymous.
The first person we called was called Osei. We told him that we heard he was involved in a rental service and we would want to rent canopies and chairs for a program.
Funny enough, he knew someone who was into rentals and decided to connect us to them. As we were waiting for the connection, we called our next victim, Ben.
This time it was my friend who spoke. She posed as a doctor calling a kidney donor.
She told Ben that his name was on the list for kidney donors and the surgery was bound for the next day. Been freaked out. He didn't know what to say. It was so hilarious that, I had to distance myself to avoid been caught.
Before we could continue, our teacher was in and we had to cut short the call.
Unfortunately, I forgot to take out the SIM card I used for the call. Right after I entered the class, Osei called the number and my phone rang.
Since they were all at the library at the time of the call, they checked the number and realized they were being ranked, and since I was the goofy one in class, they suspected me. I had been caught red-handed.
