At the other hand a disadvantage of owning a home might just be that should in case something really bad happened such as war or anything close to that and you get to move out saving your life and your family's lives, you may never get back to that property if it was destroyed during the war but we all know that only happens a 2% out of 100% but mind you it all depends on the environment you get your home. Taking this to my hands, deciding which of them I will want to involve myself on, I will say it still depends on the stage I am in life and what I am doing that will make me decide but above all I will always want to own a Home.

Renting home at the other hand as it's advantages and disadvantages and it all falls back to your current stage in life. Renting a home might just be a good thing if you are still contemplating on establishing other things that might stand generating few funds while you gradually consider if getting a home might be something you want to do because one way or the other everyone tends to find that fulfillment in life owning a home so for the meantime if where you are is perfectly okay and for the few more years that you will want to spend in such environment building your portfolio why making other financial decisions is not a bad one. Looking out to one of the advantages is also that should in case there is a war you can easily fly out not worrying about having any huge property left behind or should in case the house was destroyed during the war. one of the disadvantages of renting a home is that if the home owners no longer finds interest in giving their Home for rental you will have to move to another location again. So practically renting a home can make you live in different locations and also at the end of the day the property is not yours and so you have a lifetime of paying for house rent.
